Sustainable agriculture, 'slow food', the benefits of local produce and a 'nose to tail' approach to cooking meat are at the heart of our 'Farm Gate to Plate Project'.

 Throughout the year, in addition to our farm visits and harvest trails, we will be offering special events showcasing local produce, farmers and the community.
